Four Catering Styles To Choose From:
Cart Style - The CART is what Skyward is known for so this option is what gets people excited about coming to our events. The grille cart staffed with a professional grille cook at your location creates an atmosphere that is unique to most private parties or business lunches. Your guests will remember your event as something special. Based on the length of time of your event we determine how many hours we will serve your guests. You select the exact menu you would like served. It can be as few as 2 sandwich/salad options or the entire menu. With this catering option we can still provide beverages and a selection of chips.
Traditional Buffet Style - There are a variety of buffet style catering menus available. Our staff will prepare the menu and then deliver the items fresh and hot to your location. We setup the display with tablewares(plates, bowls, fork, spoons) included and then add extra details upon your request. Click Here to to view our traditional buffet menu offerings.
The Best of Both Worlds Style - This style is very popular with our private party customers. We provide an onsite grille with professional grille cook to serve made to order sandwiches hot of the grille for your guests. You select the sandwiches that you would like your guests to choose from. Then we add a buffet table next to the grille with the additional side dishes, salads, desserts and beverages. Depending on the size of your event, we can provide additional staff to maintain the buffet tbale and assist with event clean-up.
A Box To Go Style - This style is perfect for business lunches and meetings. We deliver a hot off the grille sandwich or salad with the extras of a side dish, chips, dessert and beverage. We can customize the BOX TO GO with any of the extras or simply just serve the hot off the grille sandwich. We then deliver a display of toppings, dressings and condiments for each person to top off their own sandwich or salad to their liking. Some of our topping choices are shredded cheeses, grilled onions & peppers, banana peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, our special gyro sauce, various dressings and condiments. Any sandwich can be converted to a large salad topped with either hot grilled chicken, Philly Steak, Italian or Polish sausage.
